Additional tip on easily finding the quest items:
You must finish Marlon's Quest before trying to contact Priest Devin for 3rd class quest and find Ring of Honor which most likely drops in Tarkan and higher maps/continents. (First, find and talk to Marlon somewhere in the safezones of Atlans, Lorencia, Noria, Devias).
3rd class quest monsters respawns:
161 207 - Death Beam Knight (Tarkan)
36 227 - Dark Phoenix (Icarus)
205, 205 - Hell Maine (Aida 2) - tip: /spot3 commands takes you here
37, 54 - Hell Maine (Aida 2)
