Additional tip on easily finding the quest items:
You must finish Marlon's Quest before trying to contact Priest Devin for 3rd class quest and find Ring of Honor which most likely drops in Tarkan and higher maps/continents. (First, find and talk to Marlon somewhere in the safezones of Atlans, Lorencia, Noria, Devias or Tarkan).
3rd class quest monsters respawns:
161 225 - Death Beam Knight (Tarkan)
36 227 - Dark Phoenix (Icarus)
108 147 - Hell Maine (Aida 2)
112 047 - Hell Maine (Aida 2)
123 103 - Hell Maine (Aida 2)
