Answered Socket options

Hello infinitians, my all masters,
I hope all of you have a good day and i have some questions :
1/ all socket options effective like it displayed ?
(i tested with some options:
* Dmage decrease. Display 8% actual add your char is 4% [level 5].
* Reflect damage. Display 9% actual add 5% [level 5] and 1% [level 1]
* Maximum HP . Display 8% actual add 4% [level 5]
* Exl damage rate and Critical damage rate display same actual
....
I think it good and reasonable because we have yellow options, ancient options, excellent options and socket options in one items. So reduce value of socket options like that is good and ok.
2/ option [block rating + 14%] as my knowledge it is defend success rate. It value actual added same it displayed ? What happen if i use over 100% of that options ? (With set 5 items + shield + 2 ring we have 80% of defend success rate and use more 2 socket option block rating 14% totally we have 108%)
3/ damage reduction options. SM with mana shield + set items will reach over 120% damage reduction so what happen ? He can not be damaged ? No, of course.
So value damage reduction over 100% have effective ? Anyone test with it ?

Hello @thaisonft3 , i think socket options works fine for now, as it seems to me (humble opinion, cuz i did not completed all yet).

Yes, ofc it work fine .but i think need more test to sure how it effective . i don't sure about option block rating + 14% and option shield protection increase + 30%.
I will do more test about it ^^
