Game Update Dark Lord Balance Update: Demon Usage Restriction

Dear Insanians,

We want to share an important update regarding DL class balancing, specifically an issue we ran into with the DL's pet optimization.

The Problem: Demon vs. Dark Horse​

During our PvP balancing tests, we encountered a conflict between the Demon and the Dark Horse:

• Demon: Grants massive attack damage. To balance a DL equipped with a Demon, we have to lower DL’s base damage and increase base defense.
• Dark Horse: Grants massive defense. To balance a DL equipped with a Dark Horse, we have to increase DL’s base damage and lower defense.

This created an endless loop in the PvP formula:

1. If we adjust the PvP formula for the Demon: A DL switching to Dark Horse enters an endless fight. They won't have enough damage to kill anyone, but their defense will be so high that nobody can kill them either.
2. If we adjust the PvP formula for the Dark Horse: A DL switching to a Demon will simply one-shot every opponent.
   

The Solution​

To maintain the PvP balance and preserve the unique identity and harmony of the DL and his exclusive pet system, we have decided to disable Demon usage for DL.

This allows us to adjust DL specifically around his signature Dark Horse and unique pets, ensuring competitive, fair PvP encounters for everyone.

*Important Note*​

Please note that, if someone has euqipped Demon on their DL, at the next login it will be destroyed automaticly.
In this case, please contact me and I will provide a Demon for you.
