To whom it may concern,
Good Day,
I am writing this to address a concern on behalf of our guild and Infinitians regarding the validity of screenshots or pictures that were taken on [DATE] as evidence for a potential Ban report by a reporter. We just want to clarify the length, and duration of the decision to ban a player. Seems like I saw a Ban report regarding one of our members that was accused by using third party program "Macro". Upon seeing the screenshot evidence that was taken it has no date of the actual scenario; it would be good if the date is added on the screen same as time at the bottom of the screen game. For example, if I caught someone cheating but did not report it the same day then after 5 days, I decided to report that video or picture. Would that video or picture be still valid for the ban? Also we would like to confirm on how long will the staff decision be valid after the report? Lets say that I have reported a player but the staff did not action after 5 days is it still valid to ban that player?
It is important for us to clarify the accuracy and reliability of any documentation that may be used in such circumstances for it was not stated in the Banning procedure section 3 of the Game rules.
