Hi,
Parts of the set in F.O. you can try to find it by collecting and exchanging Lucky Coin with NPC Delgado in Lorence (10 coins for 1 random F.O. item).
Same weapon as above, but also during the Moss Merchant event, which sells a random item with random amount of exc options for 1kk ZEN. You can get item like NPC or even +15 F.O.
Wings are best purchased in the X-Shop for WCoins (2k) or GCoins (4k). They are immediately +15 F.O.
