    That's usually the case. 400lvl requirement items can be worn when you are lvl 390 or sometimes 380. Is there any issue with that?

    I believe your set is T2 lucky set right? So that means you'll need Jewel of elevation to add harmony options on it. JoH is only applicable to T1 ubers and other normal items. You can buy jewel of elevation in item smithy. :D

    Context? Which items are you trying to put JoH with? If its T2, you need to use jewel of elevation. If its socketed items, you cant put JoH options on it.
