Hello Infinitians!

To maintain fairness and clarity within our community, please follow these guidelines when submitting any type of report.​


Ch.1: General Rules for Reports​

This chapter

  1. Evidence Validity:​

    • Evidence (screenshots / videos) must not be older than 7 day(s).
    • The person who takes the screenshot or video is also responsible for creating the report.

  2. Screenshot Requirements:​

    • All screenshots must be unedited(!) and sourced directly from the InfinityMU photo folder (e.g., InfinityMU => ScreenShots).
    • The date of the screenshot must be visible; otherwise, the screenshot will be considered invalid.

    • We recommend you use the https://imgur.com/ or https://imgbb.com/ site for uploading your screenshots. It is reliable and stores all the pictures for a long period of time.

  3. Video Requirements:​

    • Videos must be in at least 1080p quality and unedited in any way(!).
    • For video proofs, please upload all your videos on https://www.youtube.com/ and always set them to unlisted (visible only to people with a link).

  1. Harassment and Insult Reports​

    Reserved for reporting inappropriate behaviors among players, including insults and toxicity.

    Bully Report​

    • Title Format: [correct prefix] Charname
    • Details:Submit the following:
      • Original screenshots (SS) as proof.
      • Translation of any non-English text.
      • The full chat log showing how the bullying incident started.
      Harassment / Insult Report
    • Title Format: [correct prefix] Charname
    • Details:Submit the following:
      • Original screenshots (SS) as proof.
      • Translation of any non-English text.
      • The full chat log showing the harassment.
      Staff Disrespect / Insult Report
    • Title Format: [correct prefix] Charname
    • Details:Submit the following:
      • Original screenshots (SS) as proof.
      • Translation of any non-English text.
      • Indicate the staff member involved in the incident.
      Improper or Offensive Character / Guild Report
    • Title Format: [correct prefix] Charname
    • Details:Submit the following:
      • Original screenshots (SS) as proof.
      • Translation of any non-English text.
      • Explain why the character or guild name is offensive.

  2. Bug Reports​

    Utilized for reporting game bugs, bug abuse, errors, exploits and development mistakes to improve gameplay experience and stability.

    Bug Report​

    • Title Format: [correct prefix] Charname
    • Details:Provide a clear and concise explanation of the bug.
      • Include supporting evidence (e.g., screenshots or videos).
      Exploit Report
    • Title Format: [correct prefix] Charname
    • Details:Describe the exploit in detail.
      • Include supporting evidence (e.g., screenshots or videos).
      Bug Abuse Report
    • Title Format: [correct prefix] Charname
    • Details:Explain the bug abuse incident.
      • Provide supporting evidence (e.g., screenshots or videos).
      Missing Item Report
    • Title Format: [correct prefix] Charname
    • Details:Provide details of the missing items, including:
      • What items were lost.
      • How and when they were lost.
      • Include screenshots if available.
      Duplicated Items Report
    • Title Format: [correct prefix] Charname
    • Details:Provide information on the duplicated items:
      • Describe how you obtained them.
      • Include a screenshot of the duplication error.
      Account Problem Report
    • Title Format: [correct prefix] Charname
    • Details: Describe the issue with your account in detail.
      Website Report
    • Title Format: [correct prefix] Charname
    • Details: Explain the issue encountered on the website.

  3. Cheat Reports​

    Intended for reporting suspicious player activities such as cheating, hacking.

    Cheat Report​

    • Title Format: [correct prefix] Charname
    • Details:Submit the following:
      • A video of at least 2 minutes in length.
      • Clearly mark the moments in the video showing the hack.
      • Press D and hover over the character's name in the video.

  4. Miscellaneous and Other Reports​

    This category includes

    Advertising Report​

    • Title Format: [correct prefix] Charname
    • Details: Provide screenshot of the advertisement.
      Scammer Report
    • Title Format: [correct prefix] Charname
    • Details: Provide an explanation of the scamming incident. + add proof.
      Level Up Disturb Report
    • Title Format: [correct prefix] Charname
    • Details: Provide proof atleast 4 screenshots.
      - First Screenshot: showing that you or your party were on the spot.
      - Second screenshot: capturing the moment the player killed you or your party.
      - Third Screenshot: Additional evidence showing continued killing behavior.
      - Fourth Screenshot: Last Evidence showing continued killing behavior.
      /post Spam Report
    • Title Format: [correct prefix] Charname
    • Details: Provide screenshot of the spam in /post
      Castle Siege Disturb Report
    • Title Format: [correct prefix] Charname
    • Details: Provide details of the disturbance during the castle siege.
      Staff Event Disturb Report
    • Title Format: [correct prefix] Charname
    • Details: Explain the disturbance during the staff event.
      Staff Impersonation Report
    • Title Format: [correct prefix] Charname
    • Details: Provide details of the impersonation incident.
      Trading Items for Real Money Report
    • Title Format: [correct prefix] Charname
    • Details: Describe the issue related to real money trading.
      Trading Items for Other Game / Server Report
    • Title Format: [correct prefix] Charname
    • Details: Provide details of the cross-server trading incident.


Ch.3: Important Notes for Report Rules and Regulations​

  • You are not allowed to discuss / leak any content that is used or posted inside the Report Section.
  • If you are caught doing so, you will be punished accordingly by the Staff Team.
  • In cases where a screenshot, or more, are required as proofs, the reporter can request the Staff Team to edit the SS in order to protect their identity.
  • The original screenshot will be kept in the report section. Upon reporting a rule breaker, reporting players have the right to ask for identity protection.
  • This rule does not apply for Video reports.
  • Additional notes:
    • The InfinityMU Staff Team reserves the right to update the Rules & Regulations at any time if circumstances require us to do so.
    • Fake reports are severely punished!
