Hello Infinitians!
In order to create a fair gameplay environment, the Staff Team has decided to open a new section, where we will publicly request players to record their gameplay. The gameplay check will be based on reports, our own videos or the Staff Team's own discussions. The gameplay check request will be made only if the Staff Team has any evidence that a player may be using hacks, macros or bugs.
The Staff Team would like to ask all players not to take the requests personal, as we are simply trying to provide equality to everyone.
Important notice:
What is the gameplay check?
The gameplay check is a request made by the Game Master Team, in which you are asked to record your gameplay, in order to re-create the scenario in case if your character was banned for any suspicious or unusual gameplay.
The purpose of this request is to make sure that the player is not cheating in any possible way.
Why are we asking for this?
The Staff Team wants you to understand one thing. We do not want players to feel uncomfortable ny banning them without giving the chance to prove their innocence. That is why, we give this opportunity, in order to maintain a good understanding between players and the Staff Team.
How is the process going to look like?
The account will be temporarily banned for 14 days until the player contacts one of the Head Game Masters. Then, the Head Game Master will explain to the player what should be included in the video.
If the player agrees to record his/her gameplay, the account will be unbanned for the time given for the recording based on the player's availability.
If the player disagrees to record his/her gameplay, then the account will be banned according to the Game Rules.
The player will be given the video of the suspicious gameplay. Even if the video, you will be given, might not follow the report rules, it doesn't mean you are allowed to ignore our request. We have enough tools to get the rest of the info by ourselves if we find the gameplay suspicious.
If the player fails to follow the requirements, he/she will given the last chance to try again. But, if he/she fails again, the player will be banned according to the offense he/she was checked on.
Players, who will not cooperate and contact us, will remain banned on the offense he/she was checked on. Of course, it's different if the player hasn't noticed yet that he/she was banned and requested for a gameplay check.
Gameplays request will be always in public in order to give transparency and 0 tolerance to any attempt to break the rules
