Please help me. I keep getting disconnected in-game and I can’t play Insania MU. I just created a new account.

No internet problems?
Was the update via the launcher related to the last update?

Yes there is no problem. I also used a VPN and there is no issue with my internet connection. I think it is detecting something anti-hack message appears before I get disconnected

Just pasting the solution here if anyone does not understand what to do:

1. go to C:\Program Files (x86)
2. right click whole InsaniaMU folder
3. go to show more options > properties
4. uncheck > attributes read-only (only applies to files in the folder) > then click apply
5. select > apply changes to this folder, subfolders and files > then click OK

Also make sure you client is up-to-date. (Latest client update successfully downloaded via Launcher).
