Bind Skills in this order: (1) Lightning --> (2) Flame --> (3) Ice Storm
ELF example usage:
Bind your skills in the following order: (1) Multi Shot --> (2) Ice arrow --> (3) Penetration

Note: You can combine primary and secondary skills and customize their order to do combo!
Tips: try spamming 123+e button on your keyboard for fast combo and potting.

Added Primary Skill for combo for ELF: Multi Shot

High Elf combo setups:
1. Multi Shot
2. Ice arrow
3. Penetration

1. Triple Shot
2. Ice Arrow
3. Penetration

(Note that You can use Penetration at skill bind 2 as well).
Balanced Elfs speed with purpose to fix penetration skill delay bug at 32,767 Stats on Agility.
