Implemented Bump Guild Threads

Hello,

I would like to suggest if possible, to be able to bump our Guild Thread every 24 hours with some kind of button.

This will help us to make our guild thread visible in the board of the main page of forums.

I think it's reasonable to allow the thread poster of a guild recruitment to bump it every 48 hour or so. Daily might be a little too much

I think we can do that, let's wait for Venci or Haku if they can implement it.

Bump function has been added exclusively for V.I.Ps only. You can bump your own threads 2x a day with 7200 seconds (2 hours) delay between each bump.
